Bittersweet Muffins

Sugar, Wheat Flour, Crushed Almond Bitter Cookies (sugar, almonds, lupin flour, egg white, flavouring, soy lecithin), Wheat Starch, Soy Flour, Emulsifier E471, Raising Agents E450, E500, Wheat Gluten, Salt, Thickener E415, Flavouring, Milk Powder.

May contain traces of celery, mustard, peanuts, sesame seeds,

Self-add:
-250 Grams of butter -6 Eggs
20 Grams of water

 

Preparation: Soften 250 grams of butter. Then add 6 eggs + 20 grams of water and 500 grams of mix, and make a smooth batter. Bake this in a preheated oven at about 160 °C for around 1 hour.
